Easy Breezy Cleaning Co. LLc is an insured and bonded company with an office in Frisco, Texas.
We are cashless and only accept credit cards. The credit card info must be completed online in order for our system to register your order and confirm the appointment. A non-entry of credit card information will cause the booking to fall off the calendar. First-time clients are required to hold an appointment with a credit card. We will charge 50% upfront on the day of the booking as a non-refundable deposit. Once the service is completed, the balance will be charged and the customer understands and agrees that they have an obligation to ensure payment for services rendered. Cancellations made the day of the cleaning will be charged at full price.
By giving us your Credit Card number for use, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions and you are authorizing us to charge your card for scheduled services and or fines as listed in the Terms and Conditions and Rate Confirmation document.
We guarantee all of our work. If there is anything that does not meet your expectations please let us know the same day so that we can send someone out the next day to ensure that we re-clean the missed areas. Refunds are not available and if an offer to the reclean is turned down, it will be taken as a complaint taken care of.
Client Portal ( Client Hub)
All customers are directed to log into their accounts via our website www.calleasybreezy.com and use it to contact the staff, leave feedback and enter any tips if they choose. All client emails contain a log-in to button to their client hub for convenience. Any and all instructions (outside our scope of services) or additional work (not included in your service-level agreement) should be directed to the office manager or entered into the REQUEST section in the client hub.
Clients may not hire the cleaning techs directly. Easy Breezy Cleaning Co. LLC’s cleaners and staff are under a non-compete clause. They may not work directly for the client. A finder’s fee of $2500 per cleaner will be charged to the client per event if these rules are bypassed.
We bring non-toxic and biodegradable cleaning products. You may choose to provide the bleach products (Tilex, Soft Scrub, and Oven Cleaner) and furniture polish. Our products work great. Some homes might need extra help. We bring the elbow grease. You provide separate toilet bowl brushes for each floor. Without toilet bowl brushes, the toilet bowls will not be cleaned.
Pets must be secured before we arrive. The techs are unable to take pets inside and let them out. We do not clean pet waste.
We reserve the right to change the pricing or discounts and or correct errors on our online pricing and promotions if we see that your home’s circumstances are not typical, or if the incorrect booking options have been selected including dirt levels.
All reschedule requests must be made through the Client Hub Request tab at least 48 prior to the booking. Failure to do so will result in a fee of $50 (for recurring services) and passed on to the tech to accommodate the loss of income for the tech for the day. One-time and Deep Clean cancellation and schedules will be charged @ 50% Same day is 100%.
When you sign up for service we will give you the price of weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly service. If you have weekly service and you skip a week then we will add a little bit of extra time to your following appointment and you will be charged the biweekly rate.
Discounts are factored into the Initial Deep Discount rate when booked with a Recurring Service. Should cancellation happen before the recurring service starts, the difference between Initial Deep Service and One-Time Deep Service will be charged to the credit card on file.
Tools and equipment
We bring our vacuum cleaner to use on all floors including ones without carpets. Brush rollers are turned off for a gentle bare floor cleaning.
Keys and Locks
We are a keyless company and we do not store or carry your keys. You may install a lock box (suggestion: Master Lock) on the wall with working keys in it. Or, hang it on the doorknob or fence. All lockboxes installed in the backyard should be accessible to the cleaners via an unlocked gate, a garage or lock code is also acceptable.
Customers are required to let us gain entry into the house on the scheduled day If we arrive and are not able to gain access into your house for whatever reason, full cleaning price will be charged.
Services are priced by the job and not by the hour. Our office staff will not be able to predict how long a job will take to complete.
Changing the bedding on one bed is included in every service. Please leave fresh sheets on your bed so that the cleaner knows to change them. Additional sheets can be changed upon request at an additional cost.
Tips are graciously accepted by our hardworking techs but not required. Please let us know if you would like to add a tip to the credit card.
We closely monitor phone calls, text messages and emails between 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Non-urgent issues will be promptly handled during regular business hours.
Dishes and laundry fall out of our scope of services and cannot be done.
Is there anything that we won’t clean? Because it requires specialized equipment, licensing, training, worker’s compensation categories or all of the above we do not provide window cleaning, carpet cleaning, mold removal, or cleaning up any bio-hazards including body fluids or animal waste and the top tier of a bunk bed. We also do not clean anything that cannot be reached with our step stool and a 6-foot extension duster. Undermount sinks will be cleaned but will not be guaranteed if collapse happens during cleaning.
We store your information securely and do not share it with a third party.
